資料提供招請に関する公表

次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

国立循環器病研究センター

1.概要

　国立循環器病研究センター（以下、「当センター」という。）は、別紙実施方針のとおり、「電話機(スマートデバイス)レンタル　一式　賃貸借契約」（以下、「本調達予定案件」という。）を導入することを計画しています。本調達予定案件の要件等を検討に関し、下記の通り、提案資料・必要な費用に関する資料等の情報提供を募集いたします。

• 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件

　1)現在運用しているスマートフォン（NTT docomo Galaxy A22 5G 1120台、iPhone-SE 180台）を円滑に更新でき、業務を維持・遂行できるスマートフォンの更新計画を提案すること。

　2)FMCを用いた内線網が構築できること。 

　3)既設の内線網（固定IP電話、PHSなど）と内線通話が可能であること。

　4)既設の構内無線LANシステムに接続し通信できること。

　5)センターが指定したアプリ（業務用アプリを含む）を使用できること。

　6)十分な情報セキュリティ対策を実施できること。

　7)既存機器の更新に関して、機種変更または新規契約を比較検討できる情報資料を提供すること。

　8)納入時のキッティング及び端末配布、契約期間中の運用に対する支援を行うこと。

　9)1台、1か月あたり30分の無料通話および1GByteのパケット通信が可能であり、全契約台数で共有できること。

　10)不具合、故障、紛失などの際に理由を問わず無償交換できること。

    11)MDMを導入すること。

　12)上記の要件を満たすハードウェア・ソフトウェアを準備すること。

 

2.資料の提供方法

　上記１(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3.説明書の交付

　　本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

(1) 交付期間

　　令和7年6月20日～令和7年7月22日まで

(2) 交付場所

　　上記２(2)に同じ。

 

４.その他

　　この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更する事があり得る。

（4）Delivery period: September 2026 through August 2029

（5）Required conditions:

1)Propose a plan for updating smartphones that can smoothly replace the currently used smartphones (NTT docomo Galaxy A22 5G 1,120 units, iPhone-SE 180 units) and maintain and carry out business operations.

2) Build an extension network using FMC.

3) Make internal calls with existing internal networks (fixed IP phones, PHS, etc.)

4) Connect and communicate with the existing wireless LAN system in the premises.

5) Use applications (including business applications) designated by our institute

6) Implement adequate security measures

7) Provide information about the advantages and disadvantages of upgrading devices and its new contract, respectively.

8) Support for kitting, distributing smartphones and conducting their operation during the contract period.

9) Make free calls for 30 minutes and 1GByte packet communication per device month. Shareable on all devices.

10) Allow free replacement for any loss or damage.

11) Implement MDM.

12) Provide hardware and software which fulfill the aforementioned requirements.
