Office for the Promotion of Diversity and Inclusion

Welcome to NCVC

The NCVC has a long history of training medical professionals and supporting foreign researchers at this national center. The Office for the Promotion of Diversity and Inclusion was established to support staff, trainees and researchers in relation to disseminating information about maternity-paternity leave, childcare facilities and utilizing career support leave, as well as helping new foreign researchers, trainees and visitors with information about working and living in Osaka. We hope to provide such advice to anyone needing support to enable them to continue work while raising or supporting their families and thus create a working environment that is rich in diversity, enabling individuals to work to the best of their abilities. Our present goal is to break down any barriers that disadvantage female or foreign persons in their work place at the NCVC.
