研究活動の概要

2019年にスタートした回収式自己血輸血と従来からの他家血輸血とで止血・凝固能に差がないかどうかの比較研究を継続しております。来るべき供血者不足に対応できるように適正な血液製剤使用を目標として取り組んでおります。

その研究の中間解析として、人工心肺離脱直後は血小板機能が低下しており早期の血小板輸血が必要な症例も予測可能な結果を得ました。今後、最終的な解析を行い学会発表、論文発表を行っていく予定です。今回の研究は予備的な観察研究でしたが、回収式自己血使用群と非使用群で無作為比較試験を行いエビデンスの構築を目指していく予定です。

本研究の成果は2021年12月2日に開催されたWEBセミナー「関西エリア各施設における周術期の止血早期化を目指した取り組み ～血液粘弾性検査【TEG6s】の活用～」にて「心臓手術とTEG6s」という内容で講演を行いました。

今後も、適正な輸血管理を目指して邁進してゆきます。
