  • ① 糖尿病患者におけるHDL efflux capacityの意義の解明

    • 病態代謝部との共同研究を現在継続中。

  • ③ 心疾患合併糖尿病患者におけるSGLT2阻害薬の心機能への影響の解明

    • 心臓血管内科との共同研究で解析終了し、論文発表を行った。

  • ④ 2型糖尿病患者を対象とした血管合併症抑制のための強化療法と従来治療とのランダム化比較試験

    • （Japan Diabetes Outcome Intervention Trial　J-DOIT3）
    介入終了後の追跡研究への参加。

  • ⑤ 循環器病ハイリスクDM患者における生活習慣改善の心理学的介入の研究

    • AMEDからの資金を得て認知行動療法アクセプタンス＆コミットメントセラピーの有効性を検証する介入研究と観察研究を現在実施中。

  • ⑥ 糖尿病治療薬の血管内皮機能改善効果についての研究
    　～SGLT2阻害薬を中心に腸内細菌を介した血管内皮機能改善効果について～

    • 2型糖尿病患者を対象とした、糖尿病治療薬による腸内細菌叢の変化と血管内皮機能改善効果について観察研究を継続して実施中。

  • ⑦ SGLT2阻害薬の糖尿病成人症進展予防効果を検証する特定臨床研究EUROBEAT研究を現在実施中。

  • ⑧ AMED細田班「持続血糖モニタリング（FGM/CGM）の血糖管理における精度・有用性の検証及び健康寿命促進のための血糖変動指標の探索」

    • 脳神経内科・心臓血管内科、京都医療センター等と共同研究を実施、研究成果を論文投稿中。

  • ⑨ SGLT2阻害薬とDPP4阻害薬のメタボリックシンドローム構成因子への影響を見る比較介入試験（CANTABILE研究）を終了させ論文発表を行った。

  • ⑩ SGLT2阻害薬の冠微小循環に与える影響を検証する特定臨床研究を現在遂行中。
