輸血管理部
研究活動の概要

　国立循環器病研究センターでは、血液製剤の約90%が心臓血管外科手術で使用されています。
大動脈瘤破裂などによる大量出血や、長時間人工心肺管理などによって急性消費性、希釈性凝固障害をきたす症例も少なくなく、大量輸血が必要な症例にしばしば遭遇します。これらの症例における早期止血の達成、輸血量減少の方策を確立することは、患者予後改善や血液製剤の有効利用につながります。そのため、大量出血症例に対する最適な輸血療法の確立を目指した研究を継続しています。

　2019年9月より臨床検査部より独立し輸血管理部となり、部長、医長ともに新任者が赴任いたしました。したがって、まだ実績と呼べるものはありません。
現在、回収式自己血の有用性に関する研究計画を進めており、2020年度から実施予定です。
血液粘性弾性測定により、回収式自己血を用いても、輸血製剤と同等の止血が得られるかを検討する予定です。
