研究活動の概要
  • ①糖尿病患者におけるHDL efflux capacityの意義の解明

    • 病態代謝部との共同研究を現在継続中。

  • ②糖尿病患者におけるPCSK9の意義の解明

    • 病態代謝部との共同研究を現在継続中。

  • ③心疾患合併糖尿病患者におけるSGLT2阻害薬の心機能への影響の解明

    • 心臓血管内科との共同研究で解析終了し、論文発表を行った。

  • ④高脂肪食負荷時のグレリン分泌と糖尿病性神経障害の関連

    • 研究所生化学部との共同研究を現在継続中。2016年日本糖尿病学会でプレリミナリーな結果を発表。
    この結果をもとに糖尿病患者のグレリンの分泌動態の解明に関する研究を現在計画中。

  • ⑤2型糖尿病患者を対象とした血管合併症抑制のための強化療法と従来治療とのランダム化比較試験

    • （Japan Diabetes Outcome Intervention Trial　J-DOIT3）
    介入終了後の追跡研究への参加。

  • ⑥循環器病ハイリスクDM患者における生活習慣改善の心理学的介入の研究

    • アンケート調査による糖尿病患者の心理的な面からの分類に関する研究を同志社大学との共同研究で行い、その成果の一部をACT Japanの年次ミーティングで論文発表を行った。

  • ⑦糖尿病治療薬の血管内皮機能改善効果についての研究
    　～SGLT2阻害薬を中心に腸内細菌を介した血管内皮機能改善効果について～

    • 2型糖尿病患者を対象とした、糖尿病治療薬による腸内細菌叢の変化と血管内皮機能改善効果について観察研究を開始。

  • ⑧GLP-1の心機能への影響＝心磁図を用いた刺激伝導系での解析を中心に＝の研究を開始し、現在継続中。

  • ⑨AMED細田班　「持続血糖モニタリング（FGM/CGM）の血糖管理における精度・有用性の検証及び健康寿命促進のための血糖変動指標の探索」

    • 脳神経内科・心臓血管内科、京都医療センター等と共同研究を現在継続中。
