小児心臓外科
研究活動の概要

小児心臓外科部では先天性心疾患全般にわたっての外科治療を行っており、新生児および成人になった先天性心疾患の患者の手術方法の改善、生存及び長期遠隔期における生活の質の向上を目標としています。

大きな研究テーマとしては

  1. 左心低形成症候群に対するNorwood手術治療成績向上
  2. 房室錯位症に対する解剖学的根治術における心房血流転換手技の改善
  3. 末期重症心不全に対する左心補助人工心臓療法
  4. 単心室症のTCPC手術への到達率の向上への治療戦略
  5. 新生児機械的循環補助装置の長期使用に関する管理指針
  6. 先天性心疾患手術教育のためのツール作り
  7. ファロー四徴症の超遠隔期における再手術適応
2019年の主な研究成果
  • フォンタン手術後心外導管TCPC変換術の長期遠隔期における治療効果の検証を行い、その成果をEuropean Journal of Cardiothoracic Surgeryに発表した。
  • 過大サイズのドナー心の心臓移植手術における両大静脈吻合変法の有用性についてGeneral Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeryに発表した。
  • 横隔神経麻痺がフォンタン手術後遠隔期に与える影響について検討し、Annals of Thoracic Surgeryに発表した。
  • 機能的単心室患者に対する房室弁機械弁置換の成績について考察し、この成果をSemminar in Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeryに発表した。
  • 低形成左室を伴う先天性僧帽弁狭窄症に対する二心室修復の予後についての成績をWorld Journal of Pediatric Congenital Heart Surgeryに発表した。
  • 新生児総肺静脈還流異常症修復術後遠隔期の左室機能についてAnnals of Thoracic Surgeryに発表した。
  • 左室型単心室（DILV）に対するSeptation手術の遠隔成績についてAnnals of Thoracic Surgeryに発表した。
