小児心臓外科
研究活動の概要

小児心臓外科部では先天性心疾患全般にわたっての外科治療を行って、 新生児および成人になった先天性心疾患の患者の手術方法の改善、生存及び長期遠隔期における生活の質の向上を目標としています。
大きな研究テーマとしては

  1. 左心低形成症候群に対するNorwood手術治療成績向上。
  2. 房室錯位症に対する解剖学的根治術における心房血流転換手技の改善。
  3. 末期重症心不全に対する左心補助人工心臓療法。
  4. 単心室症のTCPC手術への到達率の向上への治療戦略。
  5. 新生児機械的循環補助装置の長期使用に関する管理指針。
  6. 先天性心疾患手術教育のためのツール作り。
  7. ファロー四徴症の超遠隔期における再手術適応。

  • 当施設での小児用人工心臓Berlin Heart Excorの成績につき発表
  • ウシ三弁付き頚静脈グラフトの右室肺動脈導管としての使用成績の発表
  • 覚醒下ECMO管理についての発表
  • 肺動脈狭窄を伴った房室錯位、大血管転位症に対する解剖学的修復術時のDKS吻合の有用性についての教科書執筆
