バイオバンク
バイオバンク事業の概要

循環器疾患の制圧を使命として医療情報と生体試料を収集保管し、それらを分配することで日本に合った新しい検査法・治療法・予防法などの医学研究および開発を推進させる国循の事業である。研究倫理と個人情報の保護への体制も万全に取り組んでいる。

具体的に2014年の活動をバイオバンク部門別に記す。

  1. バイオリソース管理部門
    専門外来、病棟において約2,300人の患者にアタックし、約1,250名のバイオバンク採血同意、また約250名に診療残余血のみの同意を得た。採血で得られた血清と血漿、生細胞はバイオバンク臨床検査技師により順次DNA精製の後マイナス80度の冷凍庫に保管している。冷凍庫室の入退室はテンキーロックシステムで管理を強化している。11月17日には血漿とDNAの分配を行った。
    5月より入院センターにおいてDVDとコーディネータによるバイオバンク紹介、11月8日に開催された国循フェスタ、また12月19日に開催された国循ジョイントリサーチミーティングにおいては事業の広報活動を行った。
  2. データリソース管理部門
    バイオバンク臨床データウェアハウスの4階層構築によりバイオバンク保存データのセキュリティが強化された。またiPad問診システムの構築が7月に完了し問診データは電子カルテに随時移行している。
    ナショナルバイオバンクネットワークグループ（NCBN）カタログデータのWEB登録は順調に隔月に更新している。
  3. 個人情報管理部門
    匿名化管理システム『BioPrism』による匿名化番号の付帯は常に100%の入力率を維持し、検体の個人情報を保管管理している。また事業内の倫理的配慮は引き続き対応している。
  4. NCBN推進部門
    NCBN共同研究調整部門として4月に立ち上がった。10月15日より2日間横浜で開催されたBioJapan2014に展示ブースを出展しNCBNの宣伝活動を6NC-BBの協力で進めた。また6月30日にNCBNニュースレター第1巻第1号を発刊、以来隔月に発刊している。
    国立国際医療研究センターで12月17日に開催されたリトリートカンファレンスにおいて「NCVCにおけるバイオバンクの活用」を講演した。
