予防医学・疫学情報部
研究活動の概要

当部門では、予防医学や疫学研究により循環器病を制圧することを使命として、循環器病の罹患、重症度を予測するリスクの推計、循環器疾患の転帰を規定する要因の解析、バイオマーカーなど新たなリスク要因の同定をおこなっている。

具体的には以下のテーマの研究を行っている。

  1. 都市部地域住民を対象とした循環器病のリスク要因と代謝性疾患、動脈硬化の進展に関するコホート研究
  2. レセプト等電子情報システムなどの大規模データや多施設共同研究、メタアナリシスを用いた循環器病のリスクやQuality of Care、Quality of Lifeに関する研究
  3. 疾患登録や疾病調査による循環器病の実態把握と対策提言に関する研究
  4. 脂質異常の検出のためのCDC標準法に基づく、脂質関連検査の標準化に対する研究
  5. 循環器疾患に対する新しいバイオマーカー、画像診断の性能評価に関する研究
  6. 欠損データに対する補完法等の医療統計学的手法に関する研究
2013年の主な研究成果
  • 血中Apolipoprotein B48の冠動脈プラークの診断能（Clinica chimica acta　2013;421C:51-6）,高血圧の医療費増加への検討（Journal of hypertension. 2013;31(5):1032-42.）、睡眠時無呼吸症候群の脂質への影響（Chest. 2013;143(3):720-8. Epub 2012/10/20.）などについて明らかにした。
  • 吹田研究において、腹囲身長比と循環器疾患発症との関連（J Epidemiol. 2013 ;23:351-9）、飲酒・高血圧と循環器疾患発症との関連（Hypertens Res. 2013; 36:58-64）Small dense LDLと循環器疾患症との関連（J Atheroscler Thromb. 2013:20:195-203）について解析に協力した。
