小児心臓外科
研究活動の概要

小児心臓外科部では先天性心疾患全般にわたっての外科治療を行って。 新生児および成人になった先天性心疾患の患者の手術方法の改善、生存及び長期遠隔期における生活の質の向上を目標としています。大きな研究テーマとしては

  1. 単心室症のTCPC手術への到達率の向上への治療戦略。
  2. 左心低形成症候群の体系的治療。
  3. Ebsteinに対するCone reconstructionの中期成績の検討
  4. 新生児機械的循環補助装置の長期使用に関する管理指針
  5. 先天性心疾患手術教育のためのツール作り。
2012年の主な研究成果
  • 純型肺動脈閉鎖症の二心室修復後の遠隔期の成績をAnnals of Thoracic Surgery に発表。
  • 乳幼児期の僧房弁閉鎖不全に対する弁形成術の遠隔成績をAnnals of Thoracic Surgery に発表。
  • 総肺静脈還流異常を伴った単心室症の遠隔成績をヨーロッパ胸部心臓外科学会雑誌（European Journal of Cardiothoracic Surgery）に発表。
  • 胎生期診断のついた巨大冠動静脈瘻に対する治療戦略についてInteract Cardiovasc Thorac Surgに発表。
  • 教育ツールの作成（動画作成）のための眼鏡装着型術野Full High Visionカメラの開発および製品化、関連特許の申請。
