Environment
The National Cardiovascular Center is located on the Senri Hill stretching in the north part of Suita City in Osaka Prefecture, and this area adjoins the Expo Park and the quiet residential area which is blessed with green. Also it forms the Senri Life-Science Zone with some neighboring institutions: the Suita Campus of Osaka University, the Bioscience Research Institute and so on. It is ideal environment for medical treatment and research for cardiovascular diseases and is convenient for transportation from distant places as well (Sinkansen, Expressway, Airport, etc.).
