This department handles business and clerical affairs for both the hospital and the research institute while acting as a liaison between them. It also collects and processes medical information, communicates with other medical facilities, accepts domestic and foreign trainees, helps promoting the public knowledge of cardiovascular diseases, develops and administrates the information system.
